How we handle information when you explore Elecsense, contact us or use an account page.

Who to contact

Elecsense operates this website. Contact [email protected] about this notice or how your information is handled.

Enquiries and correspondence

When you request a demo, presentation or pilot discussion, we collect your name, work email, company, enquiry type and any message you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request, send a confirmation and arrange the next step. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or create a customer account.

Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, with daily cleanup. Customer records, email correspondence and backup copies have separate retention arrangements. The enquiry data notice explains this distinction. Please keep confidential project documents and passwords out of the public form.

Cookies and account pages

We use essential cookies to protect form submissions and maintain signed-in sessions. The form-security cookie is called csrftoken; the session cookie is called sessionid. Account pages process the details needed to authenticate you and apply your assigned access.

You can remove or block cookies in your browser. Blocking these essential cookies may prevent forms or login from working. The landing page does not use optional analytics, advertising cookies or session-replay tracking.

Our enquiry forms and login page use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. On the landing page, reCAPTCHA loads when you interact with the enquiry form. It processes browser and device information and may set the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie. We do not send your enquiry text or contact fields to the verification API. Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you prefer, you can contact us by email instead.

Technical information and the product guide

Web requests can produce access, error and security records, including a network address, requested page and time. We use technical records to operate the site, diagnose problems and protect it from misuse. Enquiry rate-limit counters use hashed identifiers and expire within an hour.

The circular product guide matches questions to prepared answers in your browser. It does not send your questions to an AI service or store the conversation on our server. Refreshing the page or choosing Clear removes that conversation.

The workspace support chat sends your question to Elecsense to select a prepared help response. It does not use an external AI service or save a conversation record. Technical access and security records may still be retained. Do not enter confidential project information in either guide.

Workbook safety checks

Workbooks uploaded to the application are sent to Cloudmersive for malware scanning before processing. This includes workbook contents. Do not upload passwords, credentials or information your organization has not authorized for this processing. Project-data processing and retention arrangements must be agreed during customer onboarding.

Who handles the information

Authorised Elecsense personnel review enquiries and administer the service. Service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery and website security process information needed to provide those services.

Service providers may process information in different countries. Contact [email protected] for details about these arrangements.

Your information and choices

Contact [email protected] to ask what information we hold about your enquiry, correct it, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Include your enquiry reference if available. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Project-data rights, confidentiality, support access, export and retention are agreed during customer onboarding. This website notice does not replace those customer arrangements. We update this notice when the website’s handling of information changes.
