What we collect and why

Elecsense collects your name, work email, company, enquiry type and any message you choose to provide. We use these details to respond, arrange a demonstration and send a confirmation. Submitting this form does not create an account, subscribe you to a marketing list or grant access to a customer project.

Please do not include passwords, cable schedules, customer documents or other confidential project information.

Who handles your request

Authorised Elecsense personnel use enquiry information to respond to you. Service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery and website security process information needed to provide those services. Service providers may process information in different countries. Contact [email protected] for details about these arrangements.

How long we keep it

Website enquiry records are scheduled for deletion 30 days after submission; cleanup runs daily. If your enquiry becomes an agreed customer relationship, separate customer records are handled under the applicable customer arrangements. Email copies and infrastructure backups have separate retention settings; deleting the application record does not immediately remove those copies.

Protecting the form

Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent automated abuse. It loads when you interact with the enquiry form and assesses browser and device information. The verification API receives a security token, not your enquiry text or contact fields. See our Privacy & cookies notice for details. You can also contact us by email.

Your questions and requests

To ask about an enquiry, correct your details or request deletion, contact [email protected]. Include your enquiry reference if you have it.

Customer project information

Project access, confidentiality, support access, data handling and retention are agreed during invitation-only customer onboarding. This enquiry notice does not replace those customer terms.
